Kto odpowiada za Twoje dane
Administratorem danych jest NoStressStudio Maciej Bryś, ul. Ignacego Paderewskiego 1F/9, 35-328 Rzeszów, NIP 8133422595. Kontakt w sprawach danych: kontakt@nostressstudio.com.
Bez konta
- Adres e-mail: nie zapisujemy go w naszej bazie.
- Postęp nauki: ukończone lekcje, wyniki, powtórki, czas nauki, punkty, odznaki i ustawienia aplikacji.
Ten tekst przekazujemy do modelu Claude w usłudze Amazon Bedrock (Amazon Web Services), przetwarzanej w regionach Unii Europejskiej, żeby przygotować odpowiedź. Podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO.
Jak długo
Dane konta przechowujemy, dopóki go nie usuniesz. Sesja urządzenia wygasa po roku bez używania. Konto usuwasz sam w aplikacji (Ustawienia → Konto → „Usuń konto i dane”); usunięcie następuje od razu i obejmuje postęp, sesje i kody. Postęp zapisany na Twoim urządzeniu zostaje, dopóki go tam nie skasujesz.
Komu powierzamy dane
- Cloudflare – serwer i baza danych konta. Cloudflare przetwarza też adres IP, żeby dostarczyć stronę i aplikację.
- Brevo – wysyłka maila z kodem logowania. Brevo otrzymuje Twój adres e-mail i treść maila z kodem.
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock) – model językowy lektora AI, regiony UE. Otrzymuje tekst rozmowy z lektorem AI.
Rozpoznawanie mowy
Aplikacja nie zapisuje nagrań. Ćwiczenia mówienia korzystają z rozpoznawania mowy wbudowanego w system telefonu albo w przeglądarkę. Ta usługa może wysyłać dźwięk do swojego dostawcy (np. Google albo Apple) na jego zasadach.
Twoje prawa
Masz prawo do dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przeniesienia oraz sprzeciwu. Napisz na kontakt@nostressstudio.com. Możesz też złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
Loqua – privacy policy
Effective from 19 October 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller is NoStressStudio Maciej Bryś, ul. Ignacego Paderewskiego 1F/9, 35-328 Rzeszów, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 8133422595. Contact for data matters: kontakt@nostressstudio.com.
Without an account
You can learn without an account. Your progress and settings are then stored only on your device (in the app or browser storage). We do not send them to our server. The app uses no analytics or advertising tools.
With an account
An account is optional. It makes your progress available on all your devices. You sign in with your email address and a one-time code, without a password.
- Email address: we do not store it in our database. We keep only a hash of it (a string from which the address cannot be read). The address is used only to send the sign-in code.
- Learning progress: completed lessons, scores, reviews, study time, points, badges and app settings.
- Device sessions: a hash of the session token and the dates it was created and last used (up to 10 devices per account).
- Sign-in code: stored only as a hash, valid for 10 minutes, deleted after use.
- Abuse protection: counters of sign-in attempts linked to a hash of the IP address or email address, deleted after one day.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the account service you ask for) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (protecting sign-in against abuse).
AI tutor (full access only)
When you talk to the AI tutor, our server receives: your access code and device identifier (to check that you have full access), the chosen languages, the name of the lesson situation and the text of the conversation, that is, what you said after speech recognition and the tutor's replies. We pass this text to a Claude model in Amazon Bedrock (Amazon Web Services), processed in European Union regions, to prepare the reply. We do not save the conversation or write it to logs. We keep only daily limit counters (a hash of the access code and a hash of the IP address), deleted within two days at the latest. According to AWS documentation, for this model Amazon Bedrock does not store request content and does not pass it to the model provider. Do not share personal data in the conversation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
How long
We keep account data until you delete the account. A device session expires after one year without use. You delete the account yourself in the app (Settings → Account → “Delete account & data”); deletion is immediate and covers progress, sessions and codes. Progress stored on your device stays there until you remove it.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare – server and account database. The database is set to store data in the European Union. Cloudflare also processes your IP address to deliver the website and the app.
- Brevo – sending the email with the sign-in code. Brevo receives your email address and the content of the email with the code.
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock) – the language model behind the AI tutor, EU regions. It receives the text of conversations with the AI tutor.
Speech recognition
The app does not save recordings. Speaking exercises use the speech recognition built into your phone’s system or your browser. That service may send audio to its provider (for example Google or Apple) under its own terms.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Write to kontakt@nostressstudio.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa) or the authority in your country.
